We take the security of your resume and personal information seriously.
How we handle data
AIX Resume stores resume content in your browser locally (localStorage) and does not upload it to our servers. This site has no accounts, cloud sync, or membership system.
On-device AI
AI features use the Chrome Prompt API with an on-device model (Gemini Nano). Inference runs on your device; the browser may download model files locally on first use. We do not collect your resume text as a result.
Your control
- Clear local data anytime from the workspace
- Decide for yourself whether to export or share a PDF
- Clearing site data in your browser deletes the local resume cache
Third-party services
Pages may load fonts and icons from CDNs. On-device models are distributed and updated by the browser vendor, not our servers.
Analytics
We use self-hosted Matomo to collect anonymous usage data (page views, exports, AI feature use) to improve the product. Requests go through a same-origin proxy and do not include resume content, names, or contact details.
